Event Log
The error log records errors triggered during use of the store and captures the
information with the advanced exception management system built into the software.
This log also records information and warning items.
Ex: Some shipping methods, such as USPS and FedEx have a "Diagnostic" setting that
will record communication between the store and shipping carrier. This information
will be displayed in the event log.
The error log will also display failed login attempts by users, and other useful
information.
Click the Clear All button to clear the message log to see if an error continues
or was a one time glitch. Information from the error log can be copied and pasted
into an e-mail.
